"This work originates from Carriageworks in Sydney, carrying the physical imprint of an urban, industrial environment. The peeling is retained as both material and memory, preserving traces of the site from which it emerged.
Completed in Yallingup, the work shifts context from city to coast. Here, I introduce translucency and tones that echo geological and tidal landscapes. As the industrial surface is reworked, it begins to read as terrain rather than structure.
