All Artwork sales are final and no returns, refunds or exchanges can be made so please make a considered decision when purchasing. Please choose carefully as we do not allow for change-of-mind returns on jewellery, furniture, ceramics or design objects. If your item is faulty or arrives damaged please contact us at Contact@yallingupgalleries.com with images to discuss and we will always try to find a solution. If you have received a gift and want to inquire about exchanging please contact us to see if this is possible. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
