Shipping policy
All online artwork sales are final and no refunds or returns will be accepted.
All artworks and online orders can be collected from Yallingup Galleries free of charge.
Yallingup Galleries will bubble wrap and carefully package all artworks for shipping.
All artworks will be sent within a week of purchase (unless included in 'Current Exhibition', in which case will be sent within a week of the exhibition ending) with insurance cover for the value and signature on delivery.
Yallingup Galleries will provide tracking information to the customer.
Flat rates for shipping apply within Australia only.
In the unlikely event of damage we ask that the customer photograph the packaging and artwork so Yallingup Galleries can submit an insurance claim.
Any artwork listed under 'Custom Shipping Quote' is either too heavy, fragile or large to fit into our standard flat rates for shipping. Once the purchase has been made and we can see your address we can provide a tailored quote for a courier delivery.
Items sent through Australia Post include insurance and signature on delivery. We will package these with care.
