Toni Salmon

Toni is a small-batch potter based in Dunsborough on the South West coast of Western Australia. Working from her home studio, she creates functional ceramics, statement jewellery, and sculptural pieces using hand-built slab and carving techniques.

Drawn to texture, pattern, and mark-making, Toni’s work reflects a deep appreciation for surface and form. She embraces the slow, thoughtful nature of hand-building, viewing the transformation of raw clay into a finished piece as both a grounding and therapeutic process.

Producing work in small batches allows Toni to focus on each piece individually, ensuring every work is unique and crafted with care. Her practice celebrates the beauty of handmade craftsmanship and encourages a more mindful, meaningful way of living.
