Capturing Nature's Palette: A Solo Exhibition by Award-Winning Australian Landscape Artist, Chris Martin, Featuring Documentary Premiere about Charity Artwork Fundraiser
Yallingup Galleries is proud to present a solo exhibition showcasing the remarkable works of award-winning Australian landscape artist Chris Martin. The exhibition will run from Saturday, January 6th, 2024, to Sunday, January 14th, 2024, at Yallingup Galleries.
Event Highlights
- Exhibition Dates: Saturday, January 6th, 2024 - Sunday, January 14th, 2024
- Opening Evening: Saturday, January 6th, 2024, 5:00 pm
- Venue: Yallingup Galleries, Cnr Caves Road and Gunyulgup Valley Drive
Chris Martin's journey as an artist began at the age of fifteen when he discovered the transformative power of pastels. Over the past two decades, he has tirelessly refined his technical skills, capturing the raw beauty of nature and the changing colours of the Australian landscape.
Documentary Premiere and Charity Artwork Fundraiser This exhibition will also mark the premiere viewing of a documentary that delves into Chris Martin's charity initiative completed in August 2023. In a unique twist to a backyard ultra, a format of ultra running, Chris completed a 6.71 km lap every hour on the hour. Spare time between laps will be dedicated to creating artwork, turning the event into a charity artwork fundraiser.
Chris Martin's dual commitment to athleticism and artistry adds a profound layer to the exhibition, inviting attendees to engage not only with the visual beauty of his landscapes but also with the transformative power of art in philanthropy.
Join us for this extraordinary event, celebrating art, athleticism, and altruism, on Saturday, January 6th, 2024, at Yallingup Galleries.

To add to the enchanting experience, Vallee du Venom will offer small batch, low-intervention wines during the opening evening on January 6th, 2024.
The gallery will be open daily from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, providing art enthusiasts ample opportunity to explore and appreciate the incredible works on display.
