ONLINE EXHIBITION - Contemporary Women: Western Australian Voices in Art

Yallingup Galleries is proud to present Contemporary Women: Western Australian Voices in Art — a curated online-only exhibition celebrating women artists from across Western Australia.
Presented exclusively on the Artsy platform, which reaches over 3 million global art collectors, this exhibition shares the creativity and depth of our region’s women artists with an international audience.

While all artworks are available to view in person at the gallery, the show has been curated digitally to showcase a diverse collection of expressive paintings and mixed-media works that explore identity, imagination, emotion and connection.

Contemporary Women: Western Australian Voices in Art brings together a remarkable group of artists who represent the strength and diversity of Western Australia’s creative landscape. Each artist approaches their work through a distinctive lens — some explore abstraction and colour as language, while others tell stories through figure, texture or form.

The exhibition highlights the individuality and authenticity of women working across the state, whose artistic voices continue to shape the story of Australian contemporary art.

Featured artists include:
Tatiana Amaral, Tammy Andrews, Tanya Cole, Gina D’Alessandro, Dorothy Davies, Georgia Loxton Knight, Millie Gillespie, Roslyn Hamdorf, Kat Hardwick, Christine Hingston, Vania Lawson, Kim Maple, Shannah Mitchell, Leanne Pearson, Narelle Pendlebury, Judy Prosser, Julie Silvester and Ingrid Windram.

This digital exhibition reflects the growing importance of online platforms in connecting artists and collectors globally. Through Artsy, these Western Australian women artists are reaching new audiences and contributing to a more inclusive and accessible art world.
