These are made with brass and traditional Japanese washi paper. They are lightweight and you can wear them in multiple ways. The layers are interchangeable, you can remove discs and turn them around. The earrings are free from nickel so great for sensitive ears. Best not to wear them in water, although they are well sealed and always keep the hooks closed when storing to prevent the discs from coming loose.
